From the first time we met with owner, Jack Davis, to review all the granite going into our new house to the final granite installation, we felt in very capable hands. Solid Rock has a wonderful team of very experienced granite fabricators who do excellent, beautiful work including the installation. When a large slab of granite we had picked out in Tempe at Arizona Tile arrived at Solid Rock, Jack was the one who noticed a serious flaw which neither we or Arizona Tile had noticed. He then arranged for a new slab to be sent at no cost to us. From start to finish, Jack wanted to make sure we had the most perfect countertops. After commenting about the amazing granite countertops fabricated and installed by Solid Rock in a friend's kitchen she gave me Jack's number and said he was the most reliable and honest craftsman she had worked with in Sedona. Now that Jack and his talented crew have completed all of the granite countertops and complete back-spashes in our kitchen and two baths, I must add to my friend's recommendation that Jack is also one of the most talented craftsman in this area. The installation was done on time and with care not to damage our new cabinets and new hardwood floors at a price that was more than reasonable given the work involved. The result is beautiful. Today I am looking forward to the completion of our master bath remodel and the beautiful new solid surface countertops that Jack and his team will be installing shortly. From start to finish, it was a very enjoyable experience. Jack was right there with all the answers. We picked out just what we wanted, it had a "birth mark" which the people at the Tile company said many people didn't like. Well, I fell in love with it, God created it like that in the ground, I felt like it was perfect. Jack managed to get it in just the right place on the counter. I have had so many positive remarks that I know I made the right choice. I must compliment the crew, they were excellent. They worked fast and were very friendly. When they finished installing it, they cleaned & polished it. They then cleaned up and when they left there was not a particle of dust any place.
